Four steps, one monthly payment, no contract. Here is exactly what happens, from choosing a GPU to the end of your term.

  1. Configure your server

    Choose one of 10 GPU models and 1, 2, 4 or 8 GPUs (1, 2 or 4 for GeForce cards). vCPU, DDR5 RAM and NVMe scale with the number of GPUs, and the monthly price is shown before you order.

  2. Pay the month in crypto

    The invoice shows the amount in the cryptocurrency you choose: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC or LTC. One payment covers one month of your server.

  3. Get root access

    Once the payment is confirmed on-chain, you receive the server address and root SSH access. Install the drivers, CUDA or ROCm version, containers and frameworks you want.

  4. Renew, or let it end

    To keep the server, pay the next month before the current term ends. If you do not renew, the server stops at the end of the paid month and its disks are wiped.

  1. Quote window. The invoice fixes the amount in your cryptocurrency for a limited time. Pay within that window.
  2. Exact amount, right network. Send the exact amount on the network shown on the invoice.
  3. Network fees. You pay the network fee; the full invoice amount must arrive.
  4. Confirmation. Your server starts once the payment is confirmed on-chain.

Your first minutes on the server.

Connect with the server address and root SSH access you receive, then check the GPUs.

One month, from payment to renewal.

  1. Payment confirmedThe server is delivered and your month starts.
  2. During the monthThe server and its GPUs are yours. The price does not change.
  3. Before the term endsPay the next month to keep the server and its data.
  4. Not renewedThe server stops at the end of the paid month and its disks are wiped.

Back up before the term ends

Disks are wiped when a server is not renewed. Copy models, checkpoints and results off the server before the end of the paid month.

Changing, upgrading, stopping.

  • Another GPU or size

    Order the new configuration and move your data. The old server runs until its paid term ends. Moving data is your responsibility.

  • Stopping

    Simply do not renew. There is nothing to cancel and no notice period.

  • Refunds

    Non-refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. If we cannot deliver, you choose a refund or a credit.

When does my server start?

Once your payment is confirmed on-chain. You then receive the server address and root SSH access.

What happens if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?

Send the exact amount shown on the invoice, on the network shown on the invoice. If something goes wrong, contact us with the invoice and the transaction ID before sending anything else.

Who pays the network fee?

You do. The invoice amount must arrive in full, so add the network fee of your wallet on top.

How do I stop my server?

Do not renew it. The server stops at the end of the paid month and its disks are wiped, so copy your data off before that date.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable once the server has been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. If we cannot deliver a server you ordered, we refund the payment in crypto to an address you give us, or credit it, as you prefer.
